Make Ahead Mother's Day Banana Bread Recipe

It’s an easy recipe that is fun for kids to join in and make (they especially enjoy mashing the bananas!).
Mix in or top the loaf with your favorite add-ins like walnuts, chocolate chips, oats, blueberries, etc.
Mother’s Day Banana Bread Recipe
Bake and enjoy right out of the oven or freeze for later!
1 1/4 cup Shepherd’s Grain All-Purpose Flour
1 cup sugar
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 tsp salt
1 1.2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
Preheat the oven to 350° F and butter a 9x5x3inch pan.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
Combine mashed banana, beaten eggs and vanilla to creamed mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Combine dry ingredients to banana mixture- do not over mix.
Pour batter into buttered loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes - 1 hour or until tester inserted into center comes out clean.
Let cool completely before slicing!
